오승은을 청춘스타로 만든 작품은 2003년 인기 시트콤 ‘논스톱4’였다. 이 시트콤에서 ‘오서방’이라는 별명을 가진 털털하고 아르바이트를 하며 열심히 살아가는 여대생 역을 연기하며 큰 인기를 끌었다.
